  • About a month ago I took a Friday off from work and found myself at a little hideaway called Somerset Falls in Portland. I say hideaway because very few people know about it. They are still doing some work on the place before they start to market it properly. For starters, you have to be taken by boat to the actual falls. Think going through fern gully, only on water. Thats what its like. The falls itself is nothing short of great. While youre walking around underneath the falls, because of how the light bends you see little rainbows right in front of you! I couldnt take the camera to the falls unfortunately, so no pics of that, but I have a few shots otherwise.
